Barcelona will pay special attention to Napoli midfielder Fabian Luiz this season, as per Mundo Deportivo.
Fabian, who is 23 this year, started his career from Betis and joined Napoli last summer.
According to report, Barca has had three chances to sign him with prices of €6m, €15m and €30m respectively but they did not pay the bill.
At present, Napoli tag Fabian with €60m which is 10 times higher than the first time when Barca could've signed him.
But Barcelona are still interested at that price a lot. Because in 2020, both Rakitic and Busi will be 32 as Vidal turns to 33 ... and Fabian, only 24.
