Feyenoord cracks 'scandalous' Al-Nassr

  /  William008

'Scadalous and unheard of'. It is not often, or never say that Feyenoord talks about another club like that, but the way Al-Nassr dealt with Dávid Hancko forces executive spokesman Raymond Salomon to speak muscle. Feyenoord sympathizes with the defender who sees his dream transfer fail.

Briefly the events in a row. Hancko had a personal agreement with Al-Nassr for some time and signed the agreement in principle when Feyenoord was also out with Cristiano Ronaldo's club. Feyenoord's management also signed for the upcoming deal. In the assumption that everything was now completely ready, Hancko canceled the rent of his apartment in Rotterdam. The flat is now completely empty.

At the request of Al-Nassr, the Slovak flew to the training camp that the club was besieging in Austria. That's where the problems began. Hancko was not welcome in the players' hotel. It also immediately turned out that he was not expected on the training field. In a nearby hotel, he waited to see what had not yet been arranged, until he was told today that the club was giving up his arrival.

Hancko reports to Feyenoord today, which has stored its (training) camp in Grassau, southern Germany. It's only an hour and a half drive. There he will be reunited with the players and coaching staff from whom he had already said goodbye. Coach Robin van Persie has already indicated that he will welcome his captain with open arms. Hancko has time to process the biggest disappointment in his career.

Al-Nassr's actions have even more consequences. Feyenoord was far away with the arrival of Rav van den Berg from Middlesbrough, but due to the latest developments this deal seems to be on hold.
