Torino have officially signed Ivorian defender Koffi Djidji from French club Nantes on loan with an option to buy.

The deal was confirmed in a statement on Torino’s official website, with President Urbano Cairo praising the 24-year-old’s versatility.
“Kffi Djidji is a centre-back who complements our defence,” noted Cairo.
“During his career he has shown he can play anywhere in a back three, so he also offers versatility.
“Careful and focused in marking, he showed himself to be a very reliable player at Nantes.
“On behalf of the whole club, I’m pleased to give you a warm welcome! As always, Forza Toro!”
Djidji had spent his entire career at Nantes, making 94 appearances for the Ligue 1 outfit.
