Paul Pogba is a target for Paris Saint-Germain this summer - but Zinedine Zidane still has designs on bringing the midfielder to Real Madrid.

The Manchester United star has been open in recent years about his desire to pursue new challenges away from Old Trafford, with the coming window presenting another opportunity to cut ties with the Premier League club.

And according to Le10Sport, the 27-year-old has plenty of options open to him, including the French champions.

The report suggests that Pogba wouldn't be against the idea of a move to the Parc des Princes, although it is not the only option available to him.

While his former club Juventus are also keeping tabs on any movement this summer, Real Madrid continue to be an interested party - driven by the desire of Zidane to work with his compatriot.

That has seen Zidane reach out and make contact with the player's agent Mino Raiola in a bid to suss out the potential for a deal.

It has previously been suggested that, while Zidane is a fan, the Real Madrid hierarchy are less keen on a player who has managed just seven Premier League appearances this campaign due to injury.

Despite the continuining swirl of rumours surrounding Pogba, United are less convinced that this is the summer that will see their star player depart.

The club believe that Raiola is the only antagonist when it comes to plotting a move for the central midfielder, suggesting the player would be content with staying put.
