Raiola had his three-month ban suspended on appeal, but it still stands in Italy

Mino Raiola had his three-month ban suspended on appeal, but it still stands in Italy, and he is working to have that put on ice too.

Naturally, June, July and August are the worst times for an agent to be banned from holding negotiations, so Raiola immediately took legal action.

An appeal to the CAS means the sentence is suspended and he is trying to get as much business done as possible before the verdict in July.

However, that freeze only applies to the worldwide ban and not the original suspension for working in Italy.

It’s reported Raiola is working to lodge a different appeal to have the Italian embargo suspended too.
