The contract between professional footballer Alvaro Borja Morata Martin, his club AC Milan S.p.A., and our company has been mutually terminated.
Within the scope of the agreement reached, AC Milan S.p.A. will pay our company a termination fee of 5,000,000 EUR.
Additionally, the footballer has waived his receivables amounting to 651,562 EUR.
