Solomon Rondon makes the Argentine National team and star Messi look like sheepish wimps on the international stage. Argentina are going nowhere in next 20 years. Presently they simply dont have the talent and balls to take on International pressure or to even put up a fight at this level. Argentina have now reached the status of also ran, s like the once great all Conquering West Indies cricket teams of Clive Lloyd and Viv Richards or the great Olympic Hockey teams of India that featured the great Dhyan Chand , and are now beaten by every country that form a new hockey team. same is the status of Argentina National team presently with the GOAT. There is no more Joy left in watching Argentina players peform. in the last 10 years watching Argentina play is like going to a funeral to bury a dear friend.

I just hate those guys who blame whole Argentina squad except Messi and blaming just C.Ronaldo for a draw. Whats Argentina lack is a Leader. Messi is a great player and played well but to be honest he's not a leader. The Squad needs a leader who can lead them, who can give extra energy to players. Now many will say except Messi there were no known player in Argentina's squad then name any known player fron opponent's squad? can you! there is none. Stop making lame excuses, Argentina were still superior but they were lacking Leadership. Messi is too soft, I mean a leader needs aggression just like S.Ramos. I know many people hates him but when it comes to leading the squad I see no better Leader than S.Ramos. On the contrary Portugal played with their best squad but they didn't find the back of the net because they were missing a playmaker like Messi. Quaresma & Nani can do this, B.Silva was the only attacking midfielder in Portugal's squad and it wasn't enough. C.Ronaldo played in wrong position Santos could play him as a striker or LW, these 2 are the best positions for C.Ronaldo. Portugal lack attacking football. But don't worry it's just the beginning, we know they are playing fantastic football from past 15 years and still we are doubting C.Ronaldo & L.Messi even knowing that they know well how to handle the situation better than us. So, don't judge them on based on just 1 match the whole picture is yet to come.

This is the reason why Messi is better but Ronaldo should be way better Messi grew up in Barca in the company of Ronaldinho Ronaldo was in Sporting Lisbon by himself with no good player playing with him
